Employee Appreciation Event: One event in December (Our big yearly event-sometimes we rent a bus and go out of state. This year will be a local event.)

Monthly Breakfast: First Wednesday of every month, we cook breakfast for all employees before our monthly safety meeting.

Monthly Lunch: Third week of the month, the managers cook lunch for all employees (Our Foreman graduated from the Culinary Institute and was a Chef in Portland for many years.)

Referral Program: Managers are exempt from this program. If you refer someone who is hired and stays:

• After 1 month: You receive $100
• After 6 months: You receive an additional $500
• After 12 months: You receive an additional $1,000
• Total Potential: $1,600 for referring a good fit for the company.

• Four days of vacation time needed for this, although some people use only a couple of days.
• Frequently, there is an opportunity to work during that time if you choose not to take time off.
