We just had our countertops installed today by Tory and 2 other young men. The countertops are beautiful and were expertly cut. The instal crew did an outstanding job from the time they arrived until they completed the job. The install was faster than expected largely due to their teamwork. They were professional and courteous and focused on getting the job done. Despite the weather being bad and having other jobs to go to, they did not rush through our job or make me feel that they were in a hurry to leave. That has been my experience with some big box store installations. The countertops, though not inexpensive, were an excellent value considering the quality, craftsmanship, and the excellent service we received. This is truly a lifetime product.

From the day I first went to the showroom, to the day the installation team left my home, this has been a totally wonderful experience. The sales division was caring and knowledgeable, the design experience perfect, with the computer design person matching the grains PERFECTLY, the template and measurement person took extra time to explain all my options and to consider a bunch of details and things I wouldn't have thought about, Kim, the administrative person linking everyone up and answering questions was always available and completely helpful, and finally the installation team with Darion, Dom and Greg were professional, knowledgeable and provided an amazing installation experience leaving a beautiful finished product and a completely clean home behind!, A company is only as good as its employees. Blue Rock has an amazing team. I recommend this company to anyone wanting a first class experience and outcome.

Great to deal with , best price around, and got it done quick!

I showed up there with an idea of what I wanted but unsure. They looked over all kinds of options with me, discussed the design and helped me settle on exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier with it, better than what I had ever anticipated. Excellent service, professional and never condescending. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I had another project. They were also very affordable and my price was lower than what I had planned for.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered our mantel for our fireplace and extremely happy with the result.

Things can go wrong and it is how a business handles it that makes the difference. Just before instillation, there was a problem with the stone for my fireplace surround and Blue Rock was EVERYTHING you would want in this situation. Within hours I was working with an in-house designer, looking at several slabs they pulled for my benefit. Ultimately I chose an amazing replacement- which I love much better than the original and they did not charge me extra for this higher quality stone. The detailed attention to matching the veining where the stone connects from wall to floor is highly professional. The end result- the centerpiece of the house. Absolutely stunning! Thank you Brian, Julie and Jonah for turning this potential pitfall into a fairy tale ending!

Blue Rock was fantastic! They worked with the granite supplier for us to make sure we had a solid and perfect piece of granite for installation. We were able to be there for this as well so we knew the exact piece we were getting. The measurement and installation went perfectly. We could not be happier with the granite and it was so amazing that we can't even see the seam between the two granite pieces. Paul is a great person to work with and listened to all of our requests. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Blue Rock was just wonderful fire our bath and kitchen renovation. Julie is a great designer and so helpful. Our floors, counters and shower are gorgeous!

Shane and Tory installed our vanity top and the undermount sink quickly and it looks great! Very pleased with their work and the spectrum quartz. Also very pleased with Kayla who helped me pick it out ( it was a remnant and I was trying to coordinate it to floor tile) and the person who came out to take the template.

We worked with Kayla in sales, Connor in the order department and the installation crew of Torrey, Cole, and Josh. All were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We chose Blue Rock over other companies because they had a 2 week from template to installation time frame, much shorter than other companies. True to their word, the install was in two weeks after the template was measured. There was a slight hiccup on the measurement but the install crew was able to remedy that on the job site. Our counters and island are dead level. We couldn't be happier that we chose Blue Rock.

My experience with Blue Rock was great. I was told over the phone when I first called that templating was about a week out and it was. After I picked out the stone they said it would be 2 weeks from template for the install and it was. I was given the option to view my slab which I did. Install went so smoothly. A big shout out to Tory and Ruven for their skill and professionalism. I'm so happy with my countertop. It's beautiful!! Thank you all!!

I'm impressed with Blue Rock! We went into their showroom on a Saturday, looked around, and picked out a countertop fairly easily. The person working, Brian, was very helpful and told us to email him the dimensions and he'd give us an estimate, which we did. The whole process was smooth and fairly quick (as compared to other trades). It took about a month from when we first saw the showroom to actual install. There were 3 appointments: templating, layout, and install. Our countertops look great and seem secure!
